Protein Birthday Cake. Every great birthday cake needs a frosting so that means we're making a protein frosting! Use a bench scraper to smooth the sides.
Scoop mixture over the protein bar base and spread to the edges of the pan (I used an offset spatula). In a blender combine all ingredients minus the sprinkles. For the Cream Cheese Frosting: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, almond milk and stevia extract.
Repeat three more times (finish with frosting at the very top).

In a blender combine all ingredients minus the sprinkles. Mix egg whites with cream of tarter, vanilla, and zero calorie sugar. Drain and rinse cashews, then blend with apples until smooth.
